Grapevine and Cherry Grilled Portabella Mushrooms W/ Brie

6 each Large Portabella Mushrooms

1Tbsp Fresh Ground garlic

1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt

1 Tsp Ground black pepper

3 Tbsp Olive oil

5 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1 Tsp Fresh chopped thyme

If you dont like the "tang" of the vinegar add 1Tsp sugar to smooth it out

1 each Small wheel (3" to 4") of Brie cheese cut into 6 wedges

Method:

Mix all items above except the Brie Cheese. Coat the Portabella`s with the mix and set to the side.

Remove the packaging and the dot on the Wine`d Up In Smoke Vine and Cherry Packet go to your grill lift the grate and place packet on the burner cover toward the front of your BBQ, this allows the smoke to curl around your food before it goes out the back off the BBQ.. Lower the grate and turn your grill on to high to burn off the cooking grate. By the time the BBQ is hot (approx 350 degs.) and your ready to scrape the grill before cooking the Flavor Packet should be smoking. Place the Portabella`s cap side up on the grill close to the packet (not directly over it) and grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip the Mushrooms so the "cup" side is up and cook another 2 to 3  minutes add the Brie Cheese to each mushroom close the lid and turn off the grill. Let the Brie heat up and melt just a little to cover the bottom of the Portabella. Serve Hot and Enjoy!
