We often smoke boneless chicken thighs AND button mushrooms at the same time in our Grapevine & Cherry blend, then finish the mushrooms with carmelized onions and a little bit of butter. Served together, it's truly delicious! And speaking of delicious, cherry-smoked brie is fabulous!
