They come from restaurants such as - The Auberge Du Soleil in Napa Valley, Le Meridian Hotel on Coronado Island, Berringer, Silverado Country Club, The Ritz Carlton in San Francisco, US Grant Hotel in San Diego and Microsoft in Silicone Valley along with many other fine hotels and restaurants all over the world. They have been pairing foods with wine for almost half a century. When the idea came to pair "Smoked" food with wines and other beverages the idea hit home and they came up with a very unique product. It`s now time to be sent out to the world to enjoy as they please, when they please.
