Shipping policy

Shipping Process

• Just after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email letting you know we received your order. 
  
  
• Within 24 hours, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email lets you know that we have dropped your package off at the US Postal Service (USPS) and also includes a tracking link. 
  
  
• We use USPS "Ground Advantage" to ship all orders. This means once you get the shipping confirmation from us, you can expect your package in 2-5 business days. 
  
  
• During this time, you can be tracking the package en route to your location through the USPS tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email. 
  

Shipping Costs

For orders under $45, the customer will pay for the USPS shipping charges.  For orders over $45, all shipping charges will be paid for by Wine'd Up in Smoke.

Problems with Shipping

If you have problems with your package beyond the above time frame, please contact us via email (jacchandler@live.com) and we will do all we can to help resolve it.
