Vine & Hickory Smoked Pork Chops

Who does not like a thick cut Pork Chop?  This is a very simple but tasty grilling option using our Hickory Blend.

4 ea -  3/4" to 1" cut bone on or off Pork Chop

1 Tbsp - kosher salt

1 Tsp - cracked black pepper

1 Tbsp - fresh ground garlic

1 Packet Hickory Wine`d Up In Smoke

Place your chops on a plate or a sheet pan

Mix all ingredients (except the packet) together and rub into chops on both sides. Let sit covered on the counter for about 30 minutes.

During that time, remove the packaging and the dot on the Wine`d Up In Smoke Hickory Packet go to your grill lift the grate and place packet on the burner cover toward the front of your BBQ, this allows the smoke to curl around your food before it goes out the back off the BBQ.. Lower the grate and turn your grill on to high to burn off the cooking grate. By the time the BBQ is hot (approx 350 degs.) and your ready to scrape the grill before cooking the Flavor Packet should be smoking. Place the chops on the grill close to the packet (not directly over it) and grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip the chops and cook another 3 minutes. Or until your desired temperature.

If you grill them quickly and shut down your grill you can get a second round out of your Wine`d Up In Smoke packet.!! Be careful if you try to remove the packet just after grilling. IT WILL BE VERY HOT!
