Our Grapevine & Cherrywood Blend is light and sweet, combining the sweet flavor of grapevines from top California wine producers with the lightly smoky flavor of cherrywood. Together, they create a fresh flavor that's fruity and pleasant, subtle yet flavorful.

Food Pairing
With its mild, lightly sweet flavor profile, this blend will work with pretty much everything you want to smoke--beef, chicken, pork , sausage, seafood, even cheese and mushrooms.
We often smoke boneless chicken thighs AND button mushrooms at the same time in our Grapevine & Cherrywood blend, then finish the mushrooms with carmelized onion and a little bit of butter. Served together, it's truly delicious! And speaking of delicious, cherry-smoked brie is fabulous!
Wine Pairing
Because the Grapevine & Cherrywood Blend imparts a light, subtle smoky flavor, foods grilled with this blend are best paired with wines in the middle of the spectrum, from white wines and blush wines and just skirting the reds.
When eating food prepared with this blend, we tend to pair it with a simpler blush wine, versus a light white wine or a heavy red.
