On Day 12, we had an Italian feast, take 2, with leftovers from Day 10. It was a busy day AND our delicious Italian feast on day 10 was still fresh on our minds, so tonight we just dished ourselves up some more Italian goodness and had a repeat Italian feast featuring meatballs smoked in our Grapevine & Italian Herb blend.
Chef's Tip: If it's delicious, go for seconds. :)
This delicious meal used up the last of the Italian meatballs that we smoked several days ago. With just that one grilling session, we made enough for three delicious dinners for two. Wine'd Up in Smoke is "leftovers" taken to a whole new level!
