On day 46, we had the hot dogs that we grilled on day 44 at the same time as all those pork chops. We like to make as much as we can with each Wine'd Up in Smoke packet! With the added flavor that came from the Grapevine & Oak packet, these grilled hot dogs were absolutely delicious, even though they were grilled several days before.
Chef's Tip: Make 6-8 diagonal slices on 2 'sides' of the hot dogs, then toss them in a ziploc bag with your favorite barbecue sauce and let them sit overnight if possible (or at least 1/2 hour). This marinading process plus the Grapevine & Oak from the packet -- your dogs will taste incredibly flavorful!
We cooked these dogs on the same day as the pork chops, and then put them in the refrigerator to eat in the coming days. We like to cook ALL with each grilling/smoking session. It makes each Wine'd Up in Smoke packet such a great value AND it sets ourselves up for tasty food for days to come.
